2. What tCloudPlay Is

tCloudPlay is a video player tool that allows users to stream or download videos from third-party cloud storage services by pasting a share link. tCloudPlay does not host, store, upload, or distribute any video content. All media is served directly from the respective cloud storage provider (e.g. Terabox, MEGA, Google Drive).

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the links you submit. By pasting a link, you confirm that you have the right to access and view that content, and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights. tCloudPlay does not monitor or review the content of submitted links.

4. No Copyright Infringement

tCloudPlay does not condone or facilitate copyright infringement. We are a neutral tool — like a web browser — and bear no responsibility for how users choose to use it. If you are a copyright holder and believe your content is being accessed through our service, please refer to our DMCA policy.

5. No Warranty

tCloudPlay is provided 'as is' without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, video availability, or stream quality. Third-party cloud storage services may change their APIs at any time, which may affect our ability to resolve links.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tCloudPlay and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to our service for any user or IP address that we believe is abusing the platform, violating these terms, or acting in bad faith.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India.
